“SHUT THE BABY UP OR I WILL”- Stranger keeps his promise in Wal-Mart
A GEORGIA man slapped a 2-year-old girl he didn’t even know for crying in a Wal-Mart store. Roger Stephens, 61, reportedly warned her mother that he would “shut the baby up if she didn’t” and proceeded to do just that.
Police said he hit her four or five times. “See, I told you I would shut her up,” the suspect allegedly told the mother.
His thugshot is priceless. He looks like that grumpy old man that constantly yells at neighborhood kids for running through his yard. Remember that guy? Every neighborhood has one.
